"People Who Make A Difference" Awards

To: Contra Costa County Community Partners Re: "People Who Make A Difference" Awards The Alcohol and Other Drugs Advisory Board of Contra Costa County is seeking nominations for the annual "People Who Make A Difference" Awards. You are encouraged to submit nominations and distribute the enclosed nomination form to appropriate individuals or groups. Please note that there are six award categories: Volunteer Individual, Volunteer Group, Non-Volunteer Individual, Non-Volunteer Group, Youth Leadership Individual and Youth Leadership Group. As we wish to honor different persons/group each year, past awards recipients are ineligible for nomination. The Board would like to thank you in advance for your tireless efforts in helping curb the alcohol and other drugs problems in Contra Costa County. The deadline for receipt of nominations is Friday, April 11, 2008.
