Penalties

Any person violating the Contra Costa County Ordinance Code by failing to submit plans, obtain neccessary inspection and approval, or pay fees or by commencing or continuing construction or remodeling in violation hereof, shall pay triple the appropriate fee as a penalty and remain subject to other applicable penalties and enforcement procedures authorized by state law and/or the Contra Costa County Code.
