Dreisbach Enterprises is a northern California based company, providing complete warehouse and logistics capabilities at three public cold storage facilities located in Richmond, Oakland, and Watsonville, CA. The Richmond facility is located on Marina Bay Parkway in Richmond California. The facility is situated approximately 0.2 miles south of the 580 Freeway. The entire facility, which consists of just one building, was constructed in 1960, with a major expansion in 1969. The area immediately surrounding the facility is industrial with some residential areas to the south. Anhydrous Ammonia is the refrigerant used for the refrigeration system at the Richmond facility, providing refrigerated warehousing and storage for various food products.
