The Homeless Continuum of Care Advisory Board is appointed by the Contra Costa County Board of Supervisors to assist and provide guidance in the development and implementation of long range planning and policy formulation of homeless issues in Contra Costa County. It also serves as an advisory body to the Health Services Department Health Care for the Homeless Program in compliance with Health Resources and Services Administration (HRSA) requirements.
