Center of a Family Practice based system of care involving 13 neighborhood clinics: financially thriving, meeting the community needs:

• 150 births per month
• 380 surgeries per month
• 3,000 Emergency Department visits per month
• 30,000 outpatient visits per month

A growing infrastructure for providing access to health care:

• New Pittsburg Health Center opened January, 2002
• New Martinez Health Center opening Fall, 2002
• Antioch Health Center expansion completed Summer, 2003
• Concord Health Center expansion completed Fall, 2003
