The Healthy Families Program is a state program that provides low-cost medical, dental, and vision insurance for low-income and middle-income children.

Who Is Eligible?

Children under the age of 19 who are not eligible for no-cost Medi-Cal
Citizenship or legal residency is required

How Much Does It Cost?

Parents pay small premiums each month ($4-$15 per month per child, $45 per month maximum).
