VolunteerYou Are Needed to Help Others in Your Community
Volunteers provide services to our patients, visitors, and staff. Volunteers enhance the quality of health care while adding to the quality of their lives. The personal rewards are immeasurable. Here's What Our Volunteers Say"Helping others helped me both mentally and physically; I'm less lonely and I've made so many new friends." "The volunteering I do after school and summers is helping me make career choices." "After retirement, I wanted to add a new interest in my life." Volunteers Care - "I receive more than I give."
Some Volunteer Opportunities
Volunteers have served Contra Costa Regional Medical Center and Health Centers since 1965. The volunteers may join the Contra Costa Regional Medical Center Auxiliary, a non-profit corporation, which sponsors fund-raising events and accepts donations. Adults and teens may volunteer at Contra Costa Regional Medical Center and Health Center locations in Martinez, Richmond, Brentwood, Antioch, Bay Point, North Richmond, Pittsburg, and Concord.
