Health Care For the Homeless

Health Care for the homeless is a transport van only and carries staff, medicine and supplies to shelters and community locations throughout the county. It is owned and operated by Public Health Clinic services.

John Muir/Mt. Diablo Health System Mobile Clinic

The John Muir/Mt. Diablo Health system Mobile Clinic serves Central and East County. It is owned, operated by John Muir/Mt. Diablo Health System and staffed by Contra Costa Health Services, Public Health Division.
