Homeless Ambulatory Clinics

Homeless Ambulatory Clinics are now available at:
Richmond Health Center: 38th & Bissell Street, Suite E, Tuesdays
Concord Health Center: 3052 Willow Pass Road, Suite A, Wednesdays
Antioch Health Center: 3505 Lone Tree Way, Suite 1, Thursdays

All Clinics are scheduled from 8 a.m. to noon.

General Ongoing Health Care, Including:

Care for chronic diseases such as asthma, diabetes, heart disease and hypertension.
Mammogram for women over 40
STD Testing
HIV Testing
Prenatal Care
General Health Supervision
Assistance in applying for health care coverage according to your eligibility

Many services are covered by Medi-Cal. If you would like to receive information regarding Medi-Cal eligibility call the Social Services office in your area:
