Homeless Outreach Project to Encampments (HOPE)

Purpose:

The HOPE is an integrated community-based mental health access and care program that targets mentally-ill men, women, and children living within homeless encampments. The primary goal is to enhance the quality of life, minimize suffering, and reduce the number of individuals living in such conditions by linking them to existing systems of care.

What we offer:

Mental health assessments, interventions, medication management, and counseling services within encampments. Multi-disciplinary teams will also provide transportation, linkages to healthcare services, housing services, and basic needs such as food and clothing.
