Transitions HomePurposeAssist homeless individuals with serious mental health, substance abuse and co-occurring disorders who are residing at the Interim Housing Facility in Richmond receive access to services and housing. What we offerAn integrated services team provides housing search assistance, vocational assistance and money management services linked to housing. In addition this program provides dedicated alcohol and drug detox and treatment slots, discharge agreements with hospitals, psych emergency and the criminal justice system and training for service providers to improve cultural competency and quality of care.
