World Health Organization Community Providers for Immunizations (71k PDF, 2pp.) The Contra Costa Public Health Travel Clinic provides travel vaccines. Malaria prescriptions and medications are not provided through this clinic. Please see your health care provider for malaria medications prior to traveling abroad. Service FeesEffective: July 1, 2008
To review information about these vaccines visit the Immunization Action Coalition site. Travel vaccines are available by appointment only (No drop-ins) on Friday mornings. To schedule an appointment in the travel clinic call 925-313-6488. Payment is due at time of service. The clinic accepts cash, debit and credit card payment. Contra Costa Health Plan (CCHP) members bring your insurance identification card. No other insurances are accepted. The clinic does not accept personal checks. The Contra Costa Public Health Travel Clinic is located in Martinez at the Vista Oaks Occupational Health Clinic. The address is 10 Douglas Drive, Ste 110.
