The Refugee Health Screening
This is a medical exam offered to new refugees in Contra Costa County.

Health Advocacy
Health education, referrals and patient advocacy provided by Community Health Workers to all newly arriving refugees in Contra Costa County.

Language Assistance
Medical interpretation at medical appointments provided by Health Interpreter who speaks the refugee's language.
