What
Recovery Happens Ceremony is an award ceremony to celebrate the success of East Contra Costa residents who have won their personal victories over drugs and alcohol and who have become leaders in bringing others into recovery.
Refreshments will be served.
Who
The event is sponsored by Contra Costa Health Services' Bay Point Family Health Center.
Musical Performances by Crystal Hawkins who will sing Power of One and The Sound of FWC, who will perform two selections.
When
Thursday, September 16 beginning with refreshments at 6 p.m. Ceremony will begin at 7 p.m.
Where
Ambrose Recreation Center, 3105 Willow Pass Road in Bay Point.
Refreshments will be served in the dining area. Ceremony will take place in the auditorium.
Committee members are still accepting nominations of individuals, businesses or church groups who have gone above and beyond in helping bring East County residents to recovery. Nominations can be made by calling Kisha Lee at 925-427-8337.
