What does the Care Mobile offer?The Ronald McDonald Care Mobile offers preventive and restorative dental care for children through age 18. Who qualifies to receive treatment on the mobile clinic?Children who are uninsured and/or not eligible for other programs may receive dental treatment at the mobile clinic. How do you make an appointment?
What does it cost?Dental treatment is provided at no charge. Where will the mobile clinic go?Beginning in March 2004, La Clinica de la Raza will operate the Care Mobile in Pittsburg at Heights Elementary School on Tuesday and Friday. In the fall of 2004, services will expand to West County through Brookside Health Center. Locations have not been chosen. Who funds it?Funding for the clinic comes from various sources including MediCal, collaborative members, Ronald McDonald House Charities, grant funds, and corporate sponsorships. How do I make a donation?You may write a check payable directly to the "John Muir Foundation" and your gift is tax-deductible.
