West County Asthma Champion Awards

May is Asthma Awareness Month.
You are invited to Celebrate as The West County Asthma Coalition Presents West County Asthma Champion Awards.

Please join us in acknowledging the work of individuals and organizations in West Contra Costa who have advocated for changes to improve the health and environment of children with asthma.

We will also be discussing our funding proposal to The California Endowment to expand our asthma efforts throughout Contra Costa.
