Contra Costa Health (CCH) is looking to partner with an experienced property and asset management firm to develop and maintain these facilities and is seeking this Request for Proposals (RFP) from qualified firms. This RFP is looking for one or multiple providers to:
- Purchase and renovate 3-6 facilities ranging from 10-30 beds each for a maximum of 84 beds total.
- Provide ongoing property and asset management for the life of the project.
