Brooke Parker is the case manager and primary contact for Gender Clinic patients. She connects patients to community resources as well as acts as the liaison between physicians, pharmacies, and insurance companies. Brooke consults on county-wide policy creation, implementation, and accreditation. Over time, she expanded her work from educating patients to educating employees. While she continues to train health services staff on diversity, equity, and inclusion with special attention to LGBTQ+ topics, Brooke’s primary focus has and always will be on the patient experience.
