- Temporary Event – Event Coordinator applications must be submitted two weeks before the event date. The permit fee for a temporary event application form submitted less than 2 weeks and greater than 1 week prior to the event shall be increased by 25%. An additional penalty of 40% of the permit fee will be imposed for any temporary event application form submitted less than 1 week prior to the event
