Los Medanos Health Advisory Committee

The Los Medanos Health Advisory Committee makes funding recommendations to the Board of Supervisors for health programs in the Pittsburg/Bay Point area previously served by the dissolved Los Medanos Community Healthcare District. The committee includes representatives from the local community and medical practitioners.

The Committee is charged with developing an area health plan to determine specific health needs of the community, identify priorities to address those needs and facilitate a request for proposals process.

Committee Meetings & Agendas

The committee meets monthly on the second Tuesday of each month at the Pittsburg Health Center.
