- Health Plan Member Services Counselor: Supports members by explaining health plan benefits, resolving inquiries and concerns, and assisting with access to covered services and resources.
- Chief Medical Officer: Provides executive medical leadership for the health plan, overseeing clinical strategy, quality improvement, utilization management, and regulatory compliance across all medical programs.
- Associate Medical Director: Provides clinical leadership with a primary focus on utilization management, appeals and grievances, and clinical operations, supporting regulatory compliance across health plan programs.
- Claims Director (Director of Patient Accounting): Directs health plan claims operations, ensuring accurate and timely claims processing, regulatory compliance, and continuous improvement in claims performance.
- UM Director (Health Plan Nurse Program Director): Leads the health plan’s utilization management and nursing programs, overseeing clinical staff and processes to ensure appropriate, timely, and compliant care delivery.
- Health Services Administrator Level C: Provides expertise and management within the various health plan departments. Open positions may include managing operations in Provider Contracting, Network Operations, and/or Business Operations to support organizational goals and regulatory compliance.
- Director of Credentialing and Network Operations (Director Provider Relations and Credentialing): Departmental director overseeing credentialing, network operations, and network data management. Brings expertise in credentialing to ensure network adequacy, data integrity, and regulatory compliance.
- Health Plan Sales Representative: Promotes health plan products and services, building relationships with employers, brokers, and community partners to support enrollment growth and market presence.
