Over 50% of calls are from family or law enforcement. Over 50 % of calls are about psychosis, aggression, or suicide. One in four callers need an in-person response.

A3 operates 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Call 844-844-5544 for services.

  • A3 dispatches more than 85 mobile teams per week

We are currently building out the program by:

  • Hiring and training call center team members
  • Improving technology
  • Refining the call triage process
  • Collaborating with our partners on training

A3 continues to refine processes and expand partnerships. Our future goals involve establishing a 24/7 drop-in care facility, providing training to law enforcement and dispatchers throughout the county, and ongoing recruitment of staff.
