- Hiring and training call center team members
- Improving technology
- Refining the call triage process
- Collaborating with our partners on training
A3 continues to refine processes and expand partnerships. Our future goals involve establishing a 24/7 drop-in care facility, providing training to law enforcement and dispatchers throughout the county, and ongoing recruitment of staff.
