 Vaccinated child

Contra Costa Health immunization clinics offer vaccines for community members who do not have health insurance and children eligible for the Vaccines for Children (VFC) program.

We are unable to accept patients with private health insurance (i.e. Blue Shield, Kaiser). We can provide vaccines only to uninsured adults, uninsured children and children with CCPH/Medi-Cal. Patients with private health insurance, please see your primary health care provider or contact your network pharmacy.

 Our immunization clinics offer:

  • All doctor-recommended and school-required vaccines

  • Seasonal Flu vaccine

  • COVID and MPOX vaccines (please email cocophiz@cchealth.org for availability)

If you are pregnant and need vaccines other than COVID, Flu, RSV or Tdap, please see your regular medical provider.

For Yellow Fever, Typhoid, and Rabies vaccines, visit the travel immunization clinic page.

Before Your Appointment

We will need to see your/your child's vaccination record if:

  • You are registering for vaccines other than mpox, COVID-19, and/or a flu shot, AND

  • You or your child have received vaccines outside of our immunization clinics in the past.

We ask that you email all immunization records to CoCoPHIZ@cchealth.org before your appointment. This will help us confirm what vaccine(s) you or your child need.

If you are having trouble finding a vaccination record, check out these tips.

Vaccines Offered and Fees

Fees depend on your age, insurance status and the vaccine(s) you need. If you have questions about what you can expect to pay, please call (925) 313-6740.
