Contra Costa Health immunization clinics offer vaccines mainly for community members who do not have health insurance and children eligible for the Vaccines for Children (VFC) program. 

We do not accept private health insurance (i.e. Blue Shield, Kaiser). Please contact your regular medical provider for vaccines.

 Our immunization clinics offer:

  • All doctor-recommended and school-required vaccines

  • Seasonal Flu vaccine

  • COVID and MPOX vaccines (please email cocophiz@cchealth.org for availability)

The clinics only offer Tdap, COVID, and Flu vaccines to pregnant people. If you are pregnant and seeking any other vaccines, please see your regular medical provider.

Before Your Appointment

We will need to see your/your child's vaccination record if:

  • You are registering for vaccines other than mpox, COVID-19, and/or a flu shot, AND

  • You or your child have received vaccines outside of our immunization clinics in the past.

We ask that you email all immunization records to CoCoPHIZ@cchealth.org before your appointment. This will help us confirm what vaccine(s) you or your child need.
