Patient Relations
Contra Costa Regional Medical Center wants to ensure that you receive high quality care and service and that your rights as a patient are respected.
To help you, CCRMC has a Patient Relations Services Coordinator who is the liaison between the patients, facility, and providers. The Coordinator can assist you in obtaining answers to your questions and filing complaints.
The Patient Relations Services Coordinator is available from 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., Monday through Friday, except holidays. The Coordinator's office is near the first floor Admissions Office of the Hospital, and their contact information is below:
