Video Visits With Your Doctor

When you schedule a video visit, you can get the care you need from the comfort of your own home! Call 1-800-495-8885 to schedule a video visit or schedule an appointment through our online patient portal, MyChart!

How to Set Up Your Device for Video Visits 

Requirements

1. We recommend using a smartphone or tablet.
2. You should also have a MyChart account.
   1. To sign up, go to mychart.cchealth.org and press the [SIGN UP NOW] button.
   2. Download the MyChart app.
      • iPhone/iPad users: go to the Apple App Store
      • Android users: go to Google Play

Set Up Zoom

1. Download the Zoom Workplace app (formerly the Zoom Cloud Meetings app) from the Apple App Store or Google Play.
2. Test your audio and video.
   1. Open the web browser on your device (e.g. Safari on iPhone/iPad or Chrome on Android).
   2. Go to zoom.us/test.

Attend Your Visit

1. Open the MyChart app on your device.
   1. Open "Visits"
   2. Select your video visit appointment.
   3. Tap the video icon to open Zoom and follow the prompts.
      
2. Use Zoom to see and speak with your provider.
   1. Wait in the virtual waiting room until your provider admits you.
   2. Make sure your camera and microphone are turned on.
   3. Enjoy your provider visit from home!

Limitations for Medicare Patients

Oct. 1, 2025: We are no longer able to offer telehealth visits for most patients whose primary insurance is Medicare.

While Medicare will continue to pay for telehealth services for behavioral health and mental health, telehealth appointments for other types of visits are no longer covered. If you would like to see your doctor, please schedule an in-person appointment going forward.
