Contra Costa Health Services Hazardous Materials Programs responds to hazardous materials incidents throughout the County. You can use this webpage to search for Incident Reports, 72 Hour Reports (if applicable) and 30 Day Reports (if applicable) for incidents that occurred on or after January 1, 2019 through January 2026. Please note that incident reports may not be immediately available following an incident.
