The Air Liquide - Rodeo Hydrogen Plant is part of the Air Liquide Large Industries U.S. LP, Houston, Texas operations. The primary purpose of this facility is the manufacturing of gaseous hydrogen for Phillips 66 Refinery in Rodeo, California. The purified hydrogen is sold to industrial customers including Phillips 66 Refinery. The plant also produces steam and electricity, sold directly to Phillips 66 Refinery.
The Air Liquide - Rodeo Hydrogen Plant started operation in summer of 2009.
