If you are HIV positive, live in Contra Costa County, and are interested in accessing any of these services please contact Contra Costa County HIV/STI Program at (925) 313-6740 Option 4 and speak to the Medical Social Worker of the day who will help and determine your eligibility for services. After you are enrolled your Medical Social Worker will refer you to these services as needed.

How to Access Mental Health Services
If You Have Medi-Cal:
- Call the Mental Health Access Line toll free at 1-888-678-7277. This number can be accessed 24 hours every day.
For All Other Insurance Plans:
- To access outpatient mental health services, please call your insurance plan and speak with a representative.

Positive Health Clinics are located at the West County, Pittsburg, Antioch, Concord, and Martinez Health Centers.
