The Provider Network Trainings serve as a forum for CCHP contracted providers to learn about CCHP programs and functions, standards and regulatory requirements and new initiatives. These trainings are facilitated and hosted by CCHP’s Provider Relations Unit Provider Engagement Team. The Provider Engagement Team serves as a liaison and as a resource for network providers.

 Training topics include but are not limited to Initial Health Appointment (IHA), updates on health care legislation, annual HEDIS rates, United States Preventive Services Task Force recommendations, behavioral health, new programs, funding, grievance policy and process, benefit updates, UM authorization process, and claims.
