Our Advice Nurse is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, including holidays.

If you or a family member are ill or injured, and you cannot reach your primary care provider for help, you can call our 24 Hour Advice Nurse toll free.
Depending on your symptoms or needs, the Advice Nurse can:
- Give you home care advice
- Advise whether you should either get medical care at an urgent care clinic versus an emergency room
- Set up a telephone call with a CCHP provider
- Answer your health questions (for example, about health conditions, medications, infectious diseases, etc)
- Tell you how to care for yourself or a family member
- Tell you about health resources in the community
